At the FBG, we process employment contracts linked to projects, grants, agreements, and research funds, as well as collaboration grants for undergraduate and master’s degree students.
We draw up budgets for personnel costs, process work permits, and carry out occupational risk prevention (assessment, training, and medical check-ups).
1. Contact HR to determine what type of contract and conditions are best suited to your project.
2. Publish your contract offer on the Statements website.
2.1 Define the offer on the Statements website by filling in the form.
3. Make your selection from among the applicants
3.1 You will receive applications at the e-mail address indicated on the form and also via the Statements website.
3.2 Select the candidate through the Statements website by indicating “Yes” in the “Selected” field and specify the reason (required).
3.3 The FBG will notify the results both to the selected person and to those who have not been selected via email.
4. Formalise the contract.
4.1 Create a contract request by clicking on the icon.
4.2 The FBG will inform everyone of the result of the process and formalise the contract with the selected candidate.

3.1 You will receive the applications in your mailbox through the FBG.
3.2 Select the candidate from among the applications received.
4. Formalise the contract.
4.1 The FBG will contact the selected candidate to sign the award certificate.
