Project management
The tool for the management, innovation and transfer of UB researchers
To facilitate the management of R+D+I projects by the research staff of the UB, at the Fundació Bosch i Gimpera we have developed this tool that brings together the main available resources.
Come here whenever you have to manage your research project
or to catch up when you start a new project.
What do we manage at the FBG?
At the FBG, we negotiate and process contracts with companies and institutions to carry out research and development work and provide scientific, technical, and artistic services under Article 60 of the LOSU.
We also advise on the preparation and submission of the formal, administrative, and budgetary sections of applications for national and international grants and subsidies for transfer and innovation projects.
We walk you through the entire recruitment process, from resolving any doubts you may have to the signing of the contract:
- We review the legal clauses of the contract.
- We negotiate contract conditions and review budgets.
- We arrange for extensions, subrogations, etc.
- We draw up confidentiality agreements.
We promote calls for collaborative R&D&I projects with companies and valorization projects of interest to research groups:
- We identify calls of interest to research groups.
- We review the requirements of the call for proposals.
- We support you in the development of the proposal and the budget.
- We review and negotiate consortium/partnering agreements.
According to article 60 of Organic Law 2/2023, of March 22, on the university system (LOSU), university professors may formalize contracts with individuals, universities or public and private entities to develop works of a scientific, technological, humanistic or artistic nature.
